Collected Data

Lowertoken collects account information, billing records, API key metadata, request metadata, operational logs and support messages needed to provide and secure the service.

Request Content

Prompt and completion content is transmitted to selected upstream model providers to generate responses. Lowertoken does not intentionally persist prompt or completion bodies in application logs.

Processors

Hosting, payment, email, observability and model providers may process data as needed to provide the service. See the Data Flow page for upstream routing details.

Data Requests

Customers can request account deletion, metadata export or routing clarification through the support contact published in the console.
